#7262 • Tall Narrow Hardwood Lamp / Plant Stand Table with Single Drawer and Lower Shelf, 31"

Part of Historic Manor Downsizing Auction (timed auction by Prime Auction Solutions)

Status: Sold

A tall, narrow hardwood occasional table in a traditional, Colonial Revival–inspired taste, designed for use as a lamp table, plant stand, or bedside accent. The piece presents a rectangular top with a subtly molded edge above a single frieze drawer fitted with a dark round pull, the drawer opening to a plain interior suited to small personal effects. Raised on four turned legs with ringed details, the table is stabilized by a fixed lower shelf that provides additional display or storage space while visually lightening the silhouette. The warm stained finish emphasizes the wood grain across the top and shelf, with simple, practical joinery consistent with domestic furniture intended for everyday use. This format relates to the long tradition of small one-drawer stands and washstand-derived forms—compact tables developed for bedroom and sitting-room service and later adapted for lamps and decorative display in modern interiors. Dimensions: not provided. Size: 12" x 12" x 31"
