Rare, Very Fine Persian Tabriz Hand-Knotted Rug — Square, 8'2" × 8'2" From the renowned weaving center of Tabriz in northwestern Iran, this elegant, hand-knotted carpet showcases the city’s classical curvilinear style—refined floral motifs and arabesques articulated with crisp drawing and balanced symmetry. The square format adds contemporary versatility while preserving the sophistication for which Tabriz looms are celebrated. A dense, even pile lends a soft hand and durable finish, suitable for high-traffic living areas, dining rooms (especially under a round table), entry halls, or offices. Multiple guard borders frame a grand main border, providing a harmonious transition from field to edge and giving the piece a polished, room-anchoring presence. Well-proportioned and timeless, this Tabriz offers collectible craftsmanship and everyday usability in a rare square size. 8'2" x 8'2' Consignor had the rug professionally cleaned in preparation for the sale; rolled and ready for placement.
